ROOM 1

A bright spacious double room overlooking the park at the front of the house.  The room has a modern en-suite comprising a shower, wash basin and toilet.  There is a cosy corner nook with seating where you can enjoy quality tea and coffee.  Both the furniture and fittings are of a high standard.

ROOM 2

Room 2 is light and airy with stylish, modern furniture, fresh decor and a very comfortable feel.  The contemporary en-suite is finished to the highest standard.  The room has pleasant views over the park, with tea and coffee making facilities and TV/DVD.

ROOM 3

Room 3 is a large bedroom with twin beds or a superking  double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with full-size bath and shower furnished with excellent quality furniture and flat-screen TV/DVD. Facing the rear of the cottage, there are partial sea views of the harbour and off-islands.  Tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and beach towels are all available.

ROOM 4

Room 4 is a large bedroom with twin or a superking double bed and and a good sized en-suite shower room . It has excellent quality furniture including a flat-screen TV/DVD.  It faces the rear of the cottage.  Tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and beach towels are all available.
